Snowmass offers a full refund for Covid-related travel restrictions.

Please note that our cleaner charges us for every load of washing she is required to do, so we will also charge if extra beds are used. Please specify the accurate amount of guests at time of booking.

All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 10 people for Snowmass and 8 for Redrock, INCLUDING INFANTS.

Special conditions apply to bookings over Ohakune Mardi Gras - please enquire before booking.

Our property maintenance team take leave over the Christmas/New Year period - please enquire about availability between December 25, and January 5.

A security deposit of $500 must be paid in advance; repayable after inspection by property managers (usually within two days).
